Picture Day at the McDermott’s

Today was the first totally clear day since we’ve been back from Livingston, and the Bluebonnets are out.  So we went to Creekside park by where we live and they have this wide open grass area (we first went to this park to attend a Tea Party), and at the end of it, they have a field of bluebonnets.  For anyone living in Southeast Texas, you know how many beautiful wildflowers there are this time of year.  However, most of them make it difficult for pictures because they are lining the roads and highways.  So, even though there’s about a million other varieties out on the streets right now, we picked the park for it’s advantages and of course, the bluebonnet is the Texas flower!
